Koru Homes NZ Limited was formed in October 2018 from the combined residential development and construction experiences with our long-term business partners.

The primary goal is to enable rapid and quality delivery of new residential properties and to provide customers to custom home building and renovation.

Our resources and partners are members of Master Painters, Registered Master Builders and Licensed Building Practitioner.
